General Responsibilities:

• Follow up the preventive maintenance master plan (PM) for CCTV system and execute the assigned tasks as scheduled by apply the following stages:

-          Allocated available times and dates to implement PM tasks if the scheduled time and dates are not available to implement the required tasks.

-          Assign the necessary supervisor(s) and technicians to implement the schedule PM.

-          Allocated the needed duration to implement the PM tasks.

-          Provide the PMI’s (preventive Maintenance Instructions) for assigned labor to implement the PM.

-          Follow up the preventive maintenance process and ensure that all PMI’s are done properly.

-          Update any missing preventive maintenance instructions during PM process and feedback the updating items to planning engineer.

-          Records any remarks in preventive maintenance work order report and send it to planning engineer after PM tasks done properly.

• Follow up the complaints from customers and takes the quick action for the emergency cases.
• Executes the required corrective maintenance according to customer complaints.
• Assigned the necessary supervisor(s) and technicians to implement the CM.
• Follow up the corrective maintenance process until the problems solve.
• Records any remarks during the corrective maintenance process and ensures that all assigned tasks in CMWO (Corrective Maintenance Work Order) are done properly.
• Tests the asset(s) / component(s) after finishing the corrective maintenance work to ensure its working properly.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing internal communicate with controlling room to ensure that all camera’s working properly & external communication with relevant agencies on CCTV matters.
• Ensure that CCTV control room is managed and that technical equipment there and elsewhere is properly maintained; supplies; services, repairs and maintenance are purchased.
• Responsible for check daily the cameras status to ensure that;

-          All cameras are clean from dust and dirt,

-          All cameras are working properly,

-          All cameras are recording data without any stopped,

-          All cameras are connected to the system and identify on the application used (Net avis, Milestone,… or any application used

• Responsible for solve any problems appear during monitoring CCTV cameras and sends the necessary supervisor(S) and technicians to check and repair if necessary.
• Responsible for implement any required modification from the client (add/remove/disable camera…).
• Responsible for all manuals and technical date sheet for assets related to CCTV systems and should be save it in safety place.
• Reports the results of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance processes to the project manager.
• Escalating to site manager any unsolved problems related to CCTV systems.

• Install ,Securing and full administrate  Netavis /Millstone applications
• Monitoring and repairing CCTV application and related services ( Mysql –Tomcat )
• Perform routine CCTV maintenance services according to preventive maintenance master plan.
• Train CCTV operators on its functions and provide manuals and procedures when needed
• Pro-actively monitor the performance, quality, and reliability of the services
• Constant coordination with the Network and Storage team to ensure that all connections and data security are regularly checked
• Install all clients desktop and make sure CCTV program running well
• Ensure there is appropriate 24/7 emergency response to CCTV failures
• coordination of cleaning CCTV system
• Tuning and troubleshooting Mysql  , IIS and Tomcat
• Process CCTV Work Requests
• Be on-call for emergency off hours work

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Instrumentation/Control System Engineering.
• Knowledge of the CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of different suppliers to CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of relevant software
• Experience in the same field, should done project which include complete installation and configuration.

• Expert in CCTV systems troubleshooting.
• Operational experience in IP camera, Dome camera …. Etc and Axis server 
• Experience in windows server, Active Directory and Linux (RHEL4/5- Win 2003/2008).
• Experience in Net avis, Milestone or any other applications are preferred.
• Experience in storage system SAN, NAS and DAS is preferred.
• Working knowledge of LAN administration tasks (user administration, back-ups, etc.)
• Experience in hardware servers and storage (HP, Dell, EMC), (Blade, EVA, ILO is preferred.
• Experience in Unix, windows and SQL backup – restore methods.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP
• Must possess good communication skills including great customer focus
